Brad TenPas Construction has been in business since 1996. Brad served an apprenticeship and was employed by a local commercial contractor as a carpenter for 8 years before venturing out on his own. Brad grew up in the Oostburg area and is very involved in local, church, and community activities.

On a local level, Brad is a very involved member of Sheboygan County Homebuilders Association (SCHBA) and has participated in the "Parade of Homes," and also the "Home Show" numerous times. Brad is currently serving another 3 year term on the SCHBA Board of Directors, serves on the membership, governmental affairs committees, as well as chairing the golf committee. On the State level, Brad is currently serving a 2nd term on the Wisconsin Builders Association (WBA) Board of Directors, currently chairs the Building Code committee, serves on the governmental affairs committee, and also is the appointed trustee representing Sheboygan on the Build a Better Wisconsin committee. Brad is also currently the East Shore Area Builder Vice-President, this position places him on the WBA Executive Committee and is responsible for MidShores, Manitowoc, and Sheboygan local Associations.For more information on what is happening on the State level click on www.wisbuild.org 

Brad TenPas Construction specializes in custom homes of all sizes. They also build additions, garages, and decks. They are general contractors so are capable of handling all facets of construction.

As of January 1st, 2012, Brad TenPas Construction has earned a National Association of Homebuilders designation. By attending the required courses and passing the exams, he has earned the CAPS designation. Brad TenPas Construction LLC is the only Certified Aging in Place Specialist in Sheboygan County. We pride ourselves in staying small enough to be hands-on, but also large enough to insure your project is completed in a timely manner. Our crew of skilled carpenters are very courteous and do their best to pay attention to the finest detail. We work closely with local sub-contractors and suppliers to insure every detail is top quality.
